Abstract

Therapy remains the cornerstone of clinical medicine, evolving continuously with advances in biomedical science, pharmacology, and digital health technologies. Traditional therapeutic strategies, largely centered on standardized pharmacological interventions, are increasingly complemented by non-pharmacological modalities, biologic agents, and personalized treatment approaches. This review synthesizes current concepts in modern therapy, focusing on pharmacological treatment, physical and behavioral interventions, targeted and biologic therapies, and emerging personalized and precision medicine strategies. Emphasis is placed on therapeutic mechanisms, clinical effectiveness, safety considerations, and patient-centered outcomes. The article highlights how integrative and individualized therapies are reshaping disease management across chronic, metabolic, inflammatory, and oncological conditions, while also outlining future directions for research and clinical practice.
